Job Roles & Duties:

• Meet operations target & daily reporting

• Customer communication handling & follow-ups

• Manage multiple spreadsheets and database in computer

• Should be able to perform major computer related tasks

• Solve customer queries and manage work

• Understand & fulfill customer requirement

• Complete all tasks in real-time

• Perform regular feedback analysis and manage changes

• Initiate product development activity to improve UX

Compensation:

• Basic Salary: 12,000 - 15,000 per month
