1. Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to the services provided by JuniGadi Vehicle Solution Private Limited ("Company") through our website, which offers marketing and promotion services for used vehicle dealers ("Service"). By subscribing to our Service, you ("Dealer") agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this Policy.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings defined below:
Dealer: A business entity that subscribes to the Company's Service for marketing and promoting its stock of used vehicles.
Service: The marketing and promotional services provided by the Company, which include displaying products, marketing on different platforms, and managing customers and inventory for used vehicle dealers.
Subscription Plan: A plan chosen by the Dealer that determines the duration and cost of the Service provided by the Company.
Subscription Start Date: The date on which the Dealer's subscription to the Service begins.
Cancellation Request Date: The date on which the Dealer requests to cancel their subscription.
Plan Amount: The total cost of the Subscription Plan chosen by the Dealer.
Pro-Rated Refund: A refund calculated based on the remaining days of the Subscription Plan, rounded down to the nearest hundred rupees.
Cancellation Charge: A 25% fee applied to the refund amount when a subscription is canceled.
3. Subscription Plans
The Company offers various subscription plans that provide marketing and promotional services for a specified period (e.g., 6 months). Dealers can choose a plan that best fits their needs. To view our plans, click here.
4. Cancellation and Refund Terms
4.1 Full Refund within 7 Days
If the Dealer is not satisfied with the Service and wishes to cancel the subscription, they are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is requested within 7 days of the Subscription Start Date.
4.2 Pro-Rated Refund after 7 Days
If the Dealer cancels the subscription after the initial 7-day period, the refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and will include a 25% cancellation charge. The formula for the refund amount is as follows:
Refund Amount = (Days Remaining/Total Number of Days) × Plan Amount × 0.75The refund amount will be rounded down to the nearest hundred rupees.
Example: For a 180-day plan costing ₹5000, if the Dealer cancels on the 15th day:
(165/180)×5000×0.75=3437.5(rounded down to ₹3400)
Thus, the refund amount will be ₹3400.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, the Dealer must contact our customer support team at support@junigadi.com with the subscription details and reason for cancellation.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
6. Conditions for Refund
Refunds will only be issued for the unused portion of the subscription.
If the Dealer has violated any terms of service or engaged in fraudulent activities, the Company reserves the right to deny the refund request.
7. Changes to This Policy
The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Dealers are encouraged to review this Policy periodically.
